WCTA Community Pulls
Welcome, I would like to tell everyone about an exciting new program and a fantastic new sponsor we have this year. I want to thank WCTA (WINNEBAGO COOPERATIVE TELECOM ASSOCIATION) for hiring Kid Power. We will serve 12 of their communities with top quality family entertainment. We have the point system you see below.
Children in each age group will be awarded points, 5 for first, 4 for second, and 3 for third. Competitors receive 2 points for competing. At the end of the year, WCTA will award and recognize the high point winners in each age group.
